Upon receiving your order, take the delivery note and check that you have all the items you ordered. In case of any omission or error, immediately contact us via the contact form so that we can correct this as soon as possible.

Your package always includes an invoice as well as all necessary manuals in your language.

You have received your order under normal conditions and the parcel was perfectly intact, but upon unpacking, you find that one of the items is damaged!

You must contact our customer service straight away via our contact form, detailing the issue and attaching a photo. We will resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

Installation and maintenance manuals are provided in your language for all orders from our store. Read them carefully and keep them safe; they will be useful for assembly and also contain information for the maintenance of your system.

It is important to read them, as they contain important information on steps that must be followed in a certain order to ensure the proper setup of your system.
