How do I track my order?
Your order number and a tracking link are provided in the shipping email. You'll receive status notifications throughout the delivery process: on the way, out for delivery, arriving soon... Carriers also send notifications via SMS and email. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received any emails from us.
Delivery times & options
Except during peak periods following restocking, orders confirmed before 1 pm are prepared and shipped the same day, processed Monday to Friday. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier. Express delivery is received within 1 day, while relay point delivery takes around 3 to 4 days. See our delivery conditions
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once you place an order, our team works efficiently to prepare your package as quickly as possible. Therefore, changes depend on the order status. Contact our customer service as soon as possible to request modifications.
I want to change the address on my order
Contact our customer service quickly to make the desired change. If your order is already in transit, we will do our best to relay the instruction to the carrier via our Transport Service.
Tracking indicates my package was returned to the sender
If your package tracking indicates it is being returned to us, you must contact us to notify us. If there was a delivery issue, our transport service will open an investigation with the carrier. In any case, you must wait for your package to be returned to us to receive a refund. See our delivery conditions
Returns & Refunds
How do I return my order?
First, you must contact our customer service to inform us of your request. We need to validate that your return request meets the required conditions. Once validated, our customer service will send you a return label via email. See our return policy
Refund time after a return
Your return will be received and inspected by our after-sales service. Once declared compliant, a refund will be issued, which will take 48 to 72 hours to appear in your account. If you paid by check, we will ask you to provide us with your bank details to make a transfer.
Can I exchange a received item?
We do not process exchanges. If you made an error in your order and wish to return an item, see the question How do I return my order?. Any new item you want must be placed as a new order.

I received my Berkey®
Checking your package
Upon receiving your package, take out your delivery note and check that you have received the ordered items. In case of missing or incorrect items, immediately contact our customer service via the contact form to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Original English manuals from the manufacturer are provided. In the confirmation and shipping emails, you receive a link to download the manuals in French.
I haven't received the installation manuals
All manuals are downloadable online via the link received in your order confirmation and shipping notice. This link is also available on the delivery note in your package. Before contacting our customer service, please first download and read your manuals carefully.
A product is missing or the wrong item was sent, what should I do?
You must contact our customer service as soon as possible with the following details:
- Your last name
- Order reference
- Missing or incorrect item reference
We will get back to you to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
A product in my package is damaged, help!
We are very sorry to hear you received a damaged item. To assist you quickly, go to the Contact Us section. In your request, please provide the following information:
- Your last name
- Order reference
- Name of the defective product
- Description of the issue
- Photo of the problem
We will get back to you to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Assembly and maintenance manuals are provided in your language for all purchases on our store. Read them carefully and keep them handy, as they will guide you through the assembly and contain maintenance information for your system.
It is essential to read them as they contain important steps that must be done in order to ensure your system is correctly set up. Assembling or starting up your system without reading the manuals can result in improper operation or damage to your Berkey® system. You can also consult the assembly help videos.
How to install my Berkey® water filter
If your system was purchased from Berkey® France Millenium, a download link for complete French manuals was provided in your order confirmation and shipping email. If you have lost these emails and want to retrieve the manuals, please contact us via our contact form specifying your order reference. A new email with the download links will be sent to you.
You can find the main assembly steps on this page, but this does not replace the complete manuals that you must read carefully.

Oops! I ordered the wrong product reference
If you realize this before your order is shipped, it might not be too late! Quickly contact our customer service to make the change. If you have just received your order and wish to return a wrongly ordered product, also contact our customer service who will guide you through the process.
Volume of different Berkey® models
The volumes of different Berkey® models are commercial designations. For example, the Big Berkey® model with 8.5 liters means that the lower chamber has a gross volume of 8.5 liters. Considering the nesting of the two chambers, this means you can store up to about 8 liters of filtered water. This logic applies to all system volumes. More info on usable volume

I have an issue with my equipment
Before contacting our after-sales service, please first verify that your purchase was made on our store. Check your order confirmation to see the store name that issued your invoice. If it is our store, you can then submit your detailed request via our contact form.
If your purchase was made on another store, please contact your seller directly for assistance.
Berkey® is an American manufacturer, and Berkey® resellers are part of a distribution network. Each store is responsible for its own after-sales service. Therefore, it is pointless to contact us if you purchased your equipment on Amazon or another store.
Manage my account
How do I change my email address?
Simply go to your client area to change the email address on your profile.
How do I change my password?
Log in to your account with your current password, then go to the "Account Details" section where you will have the option to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, select the "Forgot Password?" option on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. If this does not work, contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" menu.
I no longer want to receive notifications
If you received a restocking notification from us, it is because you voluntarily subscribed by entering your email address on the out-of-stock product page. Note that your email address is used only for this purpose and we do not retain it. You will not receive other notifications unless you re-enter your email address.
I want to delete my account
Simply contact our customer service to request it. Be careful! If you have already made a purchase on our store, make sure to download your invoice before requesting account deletion. Once the deletion is completed, neither you nor us will be able to access any purchase history.
